Return Policy

 

Guidelines

To avoid having to return merchandise, we recommend you request a fabric swatch and review our size chart before making your purchase. We also recommend contacting us if you have questions or concerns. Contact us at: info@rosehillbedding.com

 

Policies

  • All sale and promotional items where a promo code is entered in the promo box at checkout and custom orders are considered final.

  • All returns must be in their original packaging and unopened.

  • All returns must take place no later than 7 days after the goods have been signed for and must be returned to the mailing address below:

  • Return shipping, costs and loss are the customer’s responsibility - we recommend insurance.

  • In the event returned goods are in perfect condition (unopened/in their original packaging), payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

  • Where orders were shipped free, you will be reimbursed less the shipping cost we incurred on the original shipment.

  • Ordered items passing through the Canadian/U.S. border are considered final and the customer is responsible for all taxes and duty charged by Canadian or U.S. Customs.

  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on towels or bedding items that have been opened, washed or used.

  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on any duvets, pillows or featherbeds.

  • Custom and special orders

    • We do not accept returns or cancellations on any custom or special order which includes custom measurements, custom stitch colours and custom dye lots i.e. Bella Notte. To minimize colour differences, we recommend customers do not combine quick ship items and regular order items in one order when both are to be used together.

 

Exceptions – Manufacturer’s Defect. Our manufacturers take pride in their products and value your patronage. Warranties are in place but we have to follow a process. Please contact us directly for more details and/or to initiate this process. Note: we cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
