Please read the terms and conditions of this website and online store prior to using our site. Failure to communicate any concerns will be taken as a tacit agreement of our terms of operation.
Store product descriptions, care instructions and brand bios
Where feasible and appropriate we have taken descriptions, care instructions directly from suppliers/manufacturers websites and sales tools. We reserve the right to paraphrase but facts have been left intact. Any concerns should be directed to RoseHill Bed and Bath. Please contact us at: info@rosehillbedding.com
Orders and Cancellation
Orders are processed immediately. This includes weekends and Statutory Holidays in Canada. Special and custom orders cannot be cancelled. Please consider ordering swatches and check the status of your product on the product page before ordering. We charge for swatches but the cost comes off any subsequent order. We suggest making use of the wish list if you need more time to consider your purchase.
Mixing and matching. We cannot guarantee colour matches. While manufacturers strive for colour consistency we advise ordering as many pieces as you can at one time. This is particularly true of the type of small batch production exemplified by Bella Notte where customers can be assured their order will be produced from the same dye lot. This takes time but in our opinion is worth the wait.
Order Wait Times
Order wait times range from two to eight weeks, depending on in-house and suppliers/manufacturers inventory levels. To reduce order wait times, some products are available for ‘Quick Ship’ and are indicated on the product page. This is usually confined to top selling ranges and offers a limited colour palette. Note: While ‘Quick Ship’ items may not be from the same dye lot they still meet production benchmarks.
Shipping
Shipping is available only within Canada and the contiguous United Sates. Please call for rates covering others States and unincorporated territories.
Canadian Customers
Free shipping will automatically be applied to Canadian orders if your purchase is over C$250 - before taxes.
Canadian customers are subject to pay all applicable taxes. Orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. NOTE: Goods originating from US suppliers/manufacturers are considered custom and FINAL.
U.S. Customers
Free shipping only applies to drop ship/quick ship orders from Bella Notte (these goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer and do not cross the border).
Goods purchased from Canadian suppliers/manufacturers are subject to a C$50.00 shipping fee. We reserve the right to hold an order until all items are available for shipment. Customers should notify us if they need a specific item by a specified date. We will do our best to comply but additional shipping fees may apply.
Please be aware that U.S. customers bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and duties incurred when goods enter the country and we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents. Check with your local U.S. Custom Office to see if your goods qualify for favourable duty, State and/or Federal tax breaks.
Should you refuse any shipment from RoseHill Bed and Bath, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges incurred. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund (if eligible). U.S orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for Custom's actions should they open your package (damage, duties, fees, etc) or the costs associated with returning the package to the place of purchase.
Delivery times
You will be notified as soon as your order ships. Note: arrival times vary depending on your shipping location. This is out of our control.
